Online Constituent Identity Trust Framework

At the Workshop: Online Constituent Identity, we developed a Best Practices document that outlines how a reliable and legitimate system for online constituent identification could be established that enables multiple private actors to work together.

We are planning to move this project forward in early 2011 by contacting all of the potential actors that would be interested in supporting such a system and determining the viability of creating it.
